Do you ship outside of Canada?

Some of our items are available on Amazon USA, however At this time, due to differences in labeling and packaging regulations, we are unable to ship outside of Canada.

 

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been shipped, you may still be able to cancel it. Simply reach out to us by email at info@puravitacanada.com and specify your order number in the message.

Can I update my shipping address for my order if it’s been shipped?

We are unable to reroute an order once it is in transit. If your order is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address.

Where is my order coming from?

Orders are shipped from one of our two warehouses located in Edmonton, AB or St. Catharines, ON.

It says my package was delivered, but I haven’t received anything?

Please note that at times delivery notifications are sent out when an order is expected to arrive in the next couple of hours. Please check again later to see if your order has been delivered to your door. If you find that your order has not been delivered by the next business day, please let us know by emailing us at info@puravitacanada.com (specifying your order number) and we will open an investigation with the shipper.
