Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 3 business days.
We anticipate that all orders will be delivered in 3-10 business days. We use Canada Post standard Shipping and we are not responsible for carrier delays.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
We will send you an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Some of our items are available on Amazon USA, however At this time, due to differences in labeling and packaging regulations, we are unable to ship outside of Canada.
Puravita is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If within 30 days of your order, you haven't received your package, please email us at email@example.com with your Order Number (example: #1234) and we will send you a replacement. Please note that for certain cases, we might ask you to file a claim with the carrier prior to getting a replacement. We will get back to you in 2 - 5 business days. If the claim exceeds 30 days of your order, this order will be considered final and will no longer be eligible for a replacement.
